Ocrevus (ocrelizumab) is a prescription biologic medication used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) and primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) in adults. It belongs to the anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody class and works by targeting and depleting B cells, a type of immune cell thought to play a major role in the inflammation and nerve damage seen in MS.
